Food Pan: Defined as a 12" x 20" Pan or any fraction thereof.

Keep pans of food organized until they're ready for use on this food pan rack module from the Amco Corporation. The rack has eight slides spaced at 1-1/2" apart, so it can be used for storage of empty pans, cooling baked items, or as an efficient place to keep food out of harm's way until service. The rack has an overall size of 22-1/2" wide, 15-5/8" deep, and 14" tall. It can easily be affixed to many types of mobile shelving for convenience. This front access rack module is made from durable metal wire to provide you with years of service.
