The sharp stainless steel blades and manual pusher make quick work of any core-less fruits or vegetables. This Kattex series fruit sectioner has an aluminum body and non-skid feet that keep it steady on your countertop. The removable and replaceable blade assembly can accept product up to 3-1/2" in diameter. Use it for lemons and limes for bar cocktails, or for freshly sliced fruit on a light salad or buffet bar.
