This set of 25 fluted barquette pans will help you create your individual desserts, appetizers, and small entrees with ease. The oval boat-shaped molds are manufactured by Allied Metal, and are made from durable and reusable tin. Each pan is 4" by 1-3/4" by 1/3" and have rippled sides to create visual interest to any dish. These pans are safe for use at temperatures up to 450 degrees F.
